WLLC App Store Application Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy will come into effect when the people (Users) who will access the WLLC Application of WLLC. Install the Mobile Application on their devices.

This Privacy Policy contains information belonging to Users in order to benefit the Users from the services within the scope of WLLC Mobile Application; It contains provisions regarding collection, use and processing. WLLC may unilaterally change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting it on its Mobile Application. Privacy Policy provisions amended by WLLC enter into force on the date of publication on this Mobile Application.

If users want to leave the Mobile Application, it will be sufficient to uninstall the application.

1. Use of Information

As WLLC, the phone number, name, surname, province, password, photo information determined by the User while creating a registration for the application are received in line with their own wishes. No personal data of the users are kept in our data storage areas during the application usage period. The information of the user in the application can be edited and deleted by the user from the my profile page.

2. Sharing Information

As WLLC, the user's information in the Mobile Application is not kept in the data storage areas of ours, and the name-surname, telephone, province information determined by us will not be shared with third parties.

3.User Permissions

These are the permissions that must be approved by the User and obtained without approval in order for the features of the application to work in harmony with the device.

4. Storage Permit

This permission allows the icons used in the application and the database of the application to be stored in the device's memory.

5. Application Age Limit

The WLLC IOS App has been qualified for All Ages based on the results of the IARC Certification received by Google.

6. Trademark and Copyright

Unauthorized use, duplication, copying, storage of WLLC and other registered trademarks and works (all elements of the Mobile Application, including but not limited to design, text, image and other codes) registered in the name of WLLC, and all other illegal situations, 556 The Decree Law No. 5846 on the Protection of Trademarks, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and other relevant legislation leads to the user's liability. By accepting this Privacy Policy, users accept, declare and undertake that they will act in accordance with the rules regarding the use of the WLLC Brand and Logo. In the event that the Users act contrary to the provisions of this article, WLLC may request the correction of this situation from the User or, if he wishes, temporarily or permanently cancel the User's membership without prior notice to the User and apply for legal remedies.

7. Terms of Service and Privacy

WLLC does not guarantee the up-to-dateness of prices, promotions, campaigns and other information regarding the products and services to be included in the Mobile Application. WLLC has the right to change the information contained in the Mobile Application without prior notice.
